Truck Art from India: A Moving Canvas of Culture (Aug 2025)
Chosen to be one of 60 artists for the outdoor “Uproar Art Festival” hosted by the Orange County Arts Commission. I painted a car using the colorful truck art style from India. My entry won the Juror’s Runner Up award.
Teaching Artist 2024-25
Accepted as a Teaching Artist 2024-25 for the Artists in Schools program through United Arts Council that places teaching artists in schools across Wake County.

Lines That Connect (May-June 2025)
2-month long solo exhibition with over 30 original artwork created specially for the show, at Sertoma Arts Center, Raleigh. I highlighted the cohesion between Celtic art (from Ireland) with two of the traditional floor arts, Kolam & Mandana (from India). I used various mediums like canvas, wood, paper, fabric (georgette, Maheshwari silk, and burlap), as well as synthetic cork.
